Is School failing Creators?

I was having a conversation with another entrepreneur a few weeks ago about this topic. I have learned more about Entrepreneurship from experience or trail and error/success, than traditional schooling. I was complaining about how I was taught how to be a worker even though I knew that's not where I wanted to be. I think that Entrepreneurs should partner with Schools to challenge students to think outside the concept of "right or wrong answer" and be innovative. Attempting to solve this problem shaped how I approached entrepreneurship. I start discussions on how we can do better for our rising entrepreneurs and Creators and how we can give them the tools to succeed.

Is/Did school fail you as a Creator? Do you feel that school is failing entrepreneurs and Creators? How? What would you do differently? What was something you would have wanted to learn? Here are our thoughts and we would love to hear yours.
